QE Team Lead - Flex Team

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;
• Four or more years experience as a quality assurance engineer OR web developer;
• Experience in quality assurance process with a focus on functionality and performance testing;
• At least three years experience working with Internet applications and/or server products;
• Experience programming in Java;
• Working knowledge of J2EE app servers (configuration, deployment, clustering, etc) including WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, etc.
• Expertise building and deploying web applications with JSP, ASP, or Cold Fusion;
• Familiarity with unit test tools such as JUnit, NUnit, or ASUnit (is a plus);
• Build and automation experience using ANT (is a plus)
• Experience testing client-server software;
• Working knowledge of SQL and database applications;
• Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environments.

•Superior communication skills and strong English knowledge
•Able to plan, document and monitor status of testing performed by team
•Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills
