| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* REQUIRED SKILLS :
Ability to undertake and manage multiple projects during all lifetime phases: requirements, design, implementation, deployment and maintenance
Ability to communicate fluently in French or English
Experience in direct management of one or multiple teams of engineers
Software developments experience
Understanding software/ data base architecture and design (SQL Server)
Minimum two years experience in project management
Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix)
Knowledge of cross platform project management and development
Good understanding of networking technologies and client/server programming
* FOLLOWING FIELDS OF EXPERTISE WOULD BE OF ADDED VALUE :
Windows development experience (Win32 API, ActiveX, etc.)
Java based development experience (AWT, SWING, SWT, J2ME, etc.)

Post to provide quickly in permanent contract, in Bucharest « piata Victoriei » (ROMANIA)
* JOB DESCRIPTION :
Your mission is to build up and manage an engineering team of engineers. The responsibilities will include managing products (www.ieventservices.com), various software (www.overlog.com) and research projects as well as growing the development group, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in the board decisions.
Your autonomy and your direction practise will allow you a fast evolution.
* SALARY :
Your salary will be of 1200 Euro/ month (NET) + interessement on the projects (profit-sharing)
