| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Good knowledge of:
- Windows Operating Systems (installation, configuration and maintenance)
- Desktops’ hardware
- English (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of:
- Windows Servers (installation, configuration and maintenance)
- Networking (OSI model, routed protocols, cabling)
- LAN security, firewall and routing
The knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Microsoft Exchange server administration
- Microsoft SQL server administration
- DNS, WINS, Active Directory
- Scripting (Windows batch, Perl, WSH etc)
- Routing protocols, WAN, configuration of routers and switches
- Linux
- Phone systems administration
- PHP, MySQL, HTML

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Ensures the availability and the functionality of IT equipments and of communications services within company's infrastructure
Key responsibilities:
- provide technical support for installing, configuration and maintenance of IT equipments
- investigate, track, and conclude security incidents, hardware or software issues
- investigate hack attempts and enforce bandwidth or other internal security or technical related policies
- provide technical support needed for Quanto users
- backup critical data
