MKTG – Senior CRM Manager

Purpose: Drive cross-sell and retention activities across all channels and generate new customers by leveraging affinity partnerships
Key Result Areas:
• Develop and execute a CRM strategy for all customer segments across all channel
• Build / leverage the analytical CRM skills. Base decisions on facts.
• Support the retail channel with product mailings and ensure low cost per accounts measures
• Develop and drive the marketing strategy for the direct channel with a focus on activities with affinity partners
• Generate new customers from affinity partnerships
• Increase the x-sell of Sales Finance and Card customers
• Drive activities to lower attrition
• Actively participate in projects like single customer, view, data warehouse, campaign management implementation, etc
• Manage BTL/Direct Marketing agencies
• Collaborate closely with regional peers, share / use best practice
• Plan and drive the planning cycles (strategic and annual operating) and create CRM marketing budget

• Several years of experience in the field of Consumer Finance would be a plus
