| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Critical Success Factors and skills include the following:
• A Bachelor's degree is required;
• 5 + years of relevant experience – either in marketing or in professional services;
• Knowledge of the local marketplace;
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels to create high-level marketing plans, presentations and reports;
• Ability to work within a structured corporate environment while bringing unique thoughts and creative ideas to assignments.
• Ability to handle stress and work towards deadlines;
• Project management experience;
• Excellent written and oral communications skills (Romanian and English);
• Microsoft Office skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Be the leader of our Client new marketing and business development team in the Balkans, with overall responsibility for Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations and Internal Communications across the 5 countries and all functions and industry groups.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Assist in identifying target markets and developing strategic marketing plans, materials and programs including the design and execution of events geared toward Client education and strategic use of internet site, brochures and other media.
• Provide guidance and support on proposals and presentation content.
• Develop and execute Public Relations programs and enhance relationships with the community and business leaders. Develop and publish internal communications.
• Manage a specialist team covering Albania, Bulgaria, Kosovo, Moldova and Romania.
