| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-sound experience in workspace center management/ incubation centers management
- experience in business consultancy, especially for start-ups and SMEs
- leading and teamwork skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The position of Workspace Center Manager (Manager Centru de Afaceri) is offered in the framework of a project financed by the World Bank that covers a great part of Romania. The main task of the manager is to develop the workspace center (already functioning) in order to ensure the sustainability of the center after the end of the three-years project.
The manager of the workspace center has to succesfully integrate in the team of the project and to fulfill the following responsabilities:
- Overall coordination of the workspace center (WSC)activities
• Promotion strategy (materials, events and PR)
• Counseling services, assistance and training / transfer of knowledge delivery
• Business development mapping and business plan
• Business assessment for admission of new companies
• WSC technical and financial management
• Performance indicators achievement
• Training delivery
• Reports preparation
