| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Familiarity with operating systems, hardware, application technologies and networks (voice and data).
Minimum 5 years computer and/or related experience.
Appreciation of security principles.
Demonstrated project management, change management and leadership skills.
Proven ability to participate and manage a broad variety of projects.
Excellent communications skills (business and technical).
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience of working in the banking/financial services industry.
Fluent English and Romanian

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The LSO is a full member of the global Information Security Steering Group (ISSG).
To develop, implement and maintain information security within the Company
To alert the ISSG to security risks and weaknesses
To provide guidance and advice
To define security initiatives and agree plans with the ISSG
To lead the security initiative for the Company
To ensure that GE Corporate initiatives are deployed
To report progress to ISSG and GECF Global Security including timely completion of Metrics, Tollgates and Digital Cockpits
