Motorcycles Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
To achieve annual sales target (in terms of figures and profit) based on approved business plan and yearly budget
To analyse market potential and ensure exploitation of that potential
To implement standards/ guidelines and values for motorcycle sales
To set qualitative and quantitative targets for prospecting, sales and customer care
To motivate sales personnel based on sales incentive schemes
To carry out regular feedback/check discussions
To promote and take part in further training of sales personnel
To make systematic use of management resources, geographic data and sales system
To be responsible for the showroom interior (decoration, motorcycles, etc)
To assist customer satisfaction and loyalty – including handling ‘difficult’ customers discussions
To be responsible for handling complaints and legal problems
To monitor sales volume and motorcycle revenues on a continuous basis (daily/monthly report)
To monitor dealer comparison data for motorcycle sales and gather market data
To coordinate in general with Marketing Department to set up marketing plan in terms of PR, advertising, (ATL & BTL), events, direct mailing, e-marketing etc.
To coordinate with the planning and ordering section to maintain healthy stock
Supervise customer file and potential customer file

Job Description

Skills required:
To provide secondary support, ovesee the financial affairs of the organization; develop and implement budgeting and fiscal policies and processes and maintain internal financial systems and controls.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Acts as secondary point of information and liaison on strategic financial and accounting issues affecting the organization; represents the organization to other departments and externally on financial matters.
Oversees the design, implementation, and support of financial systems and related policies, and processes to identify and manage income and expenditure within the organization and its departments and programs.
Oversees and coordinates the development, preparation, and interpretation of the organization's periodic and ad hoc financial reports and statements.
Provides leadership, consultation, and training to staff regarding financial matters and provides guidance in the understanding, interpretation, and application of financial information in business decision making.
Participates in strategic planning and management of fiscal services as a member of the organization's financial management team.
Oversees and monitors the development, preparation, integration, and implementation of the annual budgets of the organization.
Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
