| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
- Good computer literacy;
- Fluent in English;
- Relevant and proven experience in a similar position;
- Flexible, self oriented and able to work under pressure;
- Ready to work in a green-field project;
- Good communications skills and team-player;
- Familiar with OHSAS 18001:1999, ISO 14001:2004; ISO
- To represent the company in Health and Safety, enviromental issues, to deal with officialities and specific entities;

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
- Implement, Certify and maintain Health and Safety Management System in the company according with OHSAS 18001:1999;
- Implement, Certify and maintain Environment Management System in the company according with ISO 14001:2004;
- Manage and improve medicale care service, coordinate periodical examination;
- Develop Industrial Hygiene Program - noise, emissions, radiations, chemica, etc;
- Evaluate, monitor, prevent and correct hazards in the plant, considering people, processes, equipments and working environment;
- Manage personal protective equipments;
- Coordinate Health, Safety and Environment training and communication system;
- Manage the internal HSE audits system and perform periodical audits in different departments to verify the HSE performance;
- Green/Black Belt for Six Sigma Tools;
- Advise, assist and consult with the line managers, team leaders and coordinate the overall health and safety effort;
- Risk factor identification;
- Oversee compliance with current regulations;
- To deal with Fire Prevent/ protection/Fight and to be able to do it;
- To develop a Fire Fighting action pla, Emergency Plan and conected trainings.
