CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Should be available to work abroad
Should have at least two years experience in financial analysis (performing industry analysis, company analysis and valuation of potential targets).
Should have strong knowlegdes of the Romanian market.
Should be eager to learn and to develop a career in a very dinamic and multicultural enviroment.
Should have excellent analytical skills.
An ACCA or CFA certification or an MBA would be a plus

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The main responsibilities will consist in indentifying potential companies on the Romanian market (from entrepreneurial businesses to big companies) that might need funds.
Provide recommendations for funding based on:
- a market overview (focused on nature of the business, stage of development and market characteristics)
- existing business (description of the company’s background and development, including its main operations, products/services and source of competitive advantage and ownership)
- business going forward (the company’s strategy and development plans for the next 3-5 years)
- the management team (brief description of the top management, including their past experience and future role)
- financial summary (revenue, operating profit (EBIT and/or EBITDA) and operating cash flow for the prior and projected 3 years)
- financing required (short- to medium-term capital required and its proposed uses)
Supporting management of the funded company in the focused delivery of their business plan with first-hand guidance of people who have successfully faced the challenges and opportunities they face
The offer is for a contract for an undertermined period of time but aving the flexibility to be converted into a contract for mininum two years.
Competitive package will be offered depeding on the candidate's skills and experience. |
