RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Check the bookkeeping documents and make the primary data processing into accounting application system
• Assist and executes all administrative, financial and accounting functions, asked by the GCFM
• Keeps a record of all contracts signed between the company and its agents, distributors, partners and customers; of the outgoing and incoming financial administrative documentation;
• Keeps a record of all the data regarding the personnel, updates it regularly and gives all requested info whenever necessary.
• Provides reliable back up of the GCFM at his absence and for the local accounting and reporting system.
• Coordinates and provides support for all the departments for purchase of the necessary office equipment and consumables
• Assists and provides support as per request for organizing different company’s events: seminars, meetings, celebration
• Assists the organization of all accounting functions in accordance with the Romanian law and the Group rules and policies.
• Assists the execution of all necessary financial and accounting reports, follow up of the periodical intra Group reconciliation routines.
• Execution of all cashier’s functions.
• Contacts with the banks, preparation of and operation with all bank documentation.
• Provides safe storage of the company’s archives
• Coordinates and provides various administrative functions as per request: travel and accommodation arrangements company guests, registration and handling of office correspondence, cost reports.
