RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Reporting to General Manager
Has as subordonates:
- Financial manager
- IT Manager
- General Services Manager
External month end closing reports regarding accounts payable, account receivable, banking and cash, stock control, trial balance, cash flow.
Prepare the financial plans & budgets, monthly analyses vs. budget, explanations for each variances
Prepare the translations of the Romanian accounts into international standards – provide the monthly Profit and Loss account and Balance sheet (good knowledge of both IAS and RAS reporting), Prepare the audit reports (under OMF 94 and IAS)
Establish and implement strict Profit Center accounting and reporting
Implement group financial, accounting and taxation policies and ensuring compliance
Ensuring financial accounts meet audit, statutory and group requirement
Analyze the dealership performance indicators.
Coordinate and supervise the entire activity of the Financial and Accounting department: the treasury activity, suppliers, receivables and credit control, fixed assets and depreciation, payroll, all the activities regarding the statutory reports
