| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Desired Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco gear, LAN technologies, Windows network operating systems, topologies and protocols, and Wide Area Networking. Experience managing firewalls in multi-gateway environment and VoIP
• Strong knowledge and experience with PC hardware and software technology as well as shared network resources, internet access, and electronic mail
• Working knowledge of Cisco Routers and WAN setup
• Working knowledge of VoIP, QOS, and circuit technologies like international private lines, DS3, DS1, MPLS, etc.
• Ability to proactively determine network performance and take appropriate steps to assure the availability and performance of the LAN and WAN networks
• Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Network Engineer will administer and oversee network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Managing network switches, routers and servers; monitoring underlying communication protocols and supporting network hardware throughout domestic and international locations.
Responsibilities:
• Designs, specifies and documents WAN and LAN configurations according to user and client needs.
• Interfaces with Clients, users, technical teams and vendors for maximum guidance in determining the most appropriate type of hardware installation
• Monitors network performance needs and goals of WAN and LAN users including VoIP traffic
• Develops and monitors appropriate security procedures to safeguard systems from physical harm, viruses, unauthorized users, and damage to data.
• Analyzes work load, including traffic and utilization trends
• Reviews, plans and evaluates network systems
• Troubleshoots network systems and recommends improvements to the network
• Provides documentation / project tracking and management reporting
• Provides tactical and strategic input on overall network planning, WMS rollouts, and related projects
