| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Worked in the market place as Broker, Equity Sales, Trader, as assistant to an Analyst, Portfolio Manager, in a backoffice, for a Market Data provider, as adviser or trainer.
Passive, shy, lack of analytical skills, keen to work in an office, over critical, highly selective in contact approach, unable to adjust different communication styles, unreliable, feeling uneasy in relation to others, inflexible.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Is responsible for the overall end user satisfaction in the allocated accounts.
Responsibilities will include to:
- Deliver and organize workflow based training sessions to customers and run campaigns according to regional Training strategy
- Co-operate closely with other departments (e.g. Support, Sales Specialists, DDG) to enable a "joined-up" service experience and the right level of contact for each end user
- Ensure end user data for assigned accounts is up to date.
- Plan future activities based on CRM data analysis and create a "Training Account Plan" in conjunction with the Account Manager
- Track all activities with customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Initiate and organize events at customer sites
- Make sure that the departmental targets regarding quantity and quality of training are met for accounts under responsibility.
- Consolidate customer feedback regarding product enhancements and to pass it on to the segment organization.
- Keep up to date with development of financial markets and Reuters product offering.
- Grow knowledge in the Financial Markets industry.
- Obtain the 3000Xtra Certification for Reuters Trainers within 6 months of joining the department after induction.
- Obtain GCP Markets on completion of 3000Xtra certification (6 months +).
