| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
PERSON SPECIFICATION
1 Education and qualifications
university graduate (only engineering or economic studies)
specific training in project management, cost control and general business management would be a significant advantage
good conduct of English language (written and spoken)
very good knowledge of using MS Office and Internet tools
2 Work experience
minimum of 3 years experience within a well-organised sales / production / industrial organization
a minimum experience in Project management (even only one project)
minimum of 5 years experience in intensive use of computer and foreign languages.
3 Other skills
positive attitude and pro-active in the way of fulfilling his/her tasks
self-organised person and committed to self development
open to co-operate with a wide variety of people, having good listening skills
availability to travel (30 – 40% of the working time), having clean driving licence.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
JOB DESCRIPTION
1 Job’s role in the organisation
The job holder is required to assist and back-up the CEO in managing all specific development projects and may be assigned personal tasks related to management of some of these projects.
On the other hand, as personal assistant, the job holder is also required to help organising CEO’s agenda and may need to handle a wide variety of situations and conflicts involving the administrative or managerial functions of the office, which often cannot be brought to the immediate attention of the CEO.
2 Project Management tasks - the job holder has to:
• Assist the CEO in planning new development projects by preparation of the Project Action Plan (as a Gantt graph and project budget.
• Monitor the progress of CEO’s projects against the approved Plan.
• Organise periodic project management meetings, chaired by the CEO, and records minutes of such meetings.
• Similarly, on the specific requirement of the CEO, the job holder may assist the Unit Managers in planning the major projects resulting from their business plans.
3 Personal Assistance Tasks
The job holder has to be familiar with the office organisation, Group policy and procedures and is required to:
• Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the CEO and his subordinated staff.
• Prepare programs of meetings concerning organizational aspects and records minutes of managers meetings.
• Monitor the deadlines set by CEO for various projects and assigned tasks to other managers and staff
• Compose and type routine correspondence.
• Arrange travel schedules and reservations.
Proposed net salary: 400 – 600 USD - as adequate to the percentage of covering the above requirements - plus mobile phone with limited number of minutes.

The CEO is managing the whole Group through the Board of Directors at HO level and the management teams from each Business Unit.
