| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
University degree;
Excellent command of written and spoken English;
Turkish would be a plus;
Excellent PC proficiency, especially Word, MS Excel, Internet;
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure;
Excellent communication skills;
High level of motivation, positive attitude, team oriented. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial and protocol support (meetings with clients, hotel, plane and traveling reservations);
Facilitating the efficient communication between management and other departments, internal and external;
Organizing the meeting agenda and schedule;
Keeping the databases updated;
Draw-up profiles, reports;
Taking over and redirecting phone calls;
Receiving, registering, forwarding the incoming and outgoing correspondence (fax, e-mail, mail, invoices, etc.)
Processing documents, reports, notes, memos, etc;
Filling in data and information within the system; |
