| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
English Speaking
Autocad capabilities, additional design skills would be a benefit.
Knowledge of Romanian Technical Regulations/Building permits etc
General Architectural Knowledge.
Ability to work with other consultants – structural, fire and mechanical and electrical.
Knowledge of retail, offices, hotels, apartments, leisure uses an advantage.
Capabilities to lead UK practice technical workload in Romania will be subject to the proficiency of the candidate. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To work with 4 more juniors architects/students in preparing detailed drawings for construction, building permits.
1Production and co ordination of detailed designs for tender and construction information.
2 Specification and contract administration.
3 Design capabilities and production of concepts.
4. Interface with Uk practice to agree details
5. Interface with Romanian authorities to obtain building permits.
Assuming candidate is suitable, pension contributions, car allowance, management incentives will be possible.
Salary dependant upon experience and ability.
| DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Our Client has an International Practice of approx 100 – 120 staff working on projects such as Shopping Centres, Offices, Hotels, Airports, Apartments, Leisure and Masterplanning schemes.
The Romanian Office will service the UK technical workload for projects in the UK. It will also produce drawings for the major new shopping and leisure centre in Bucharest, and it will work to produce new commissions in Romania and surrounding countries.
Staff will be expected to travel to the UK for a training period of 2 to 4 months before returning to work in the Romanian Office.
