CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Business support, coordinate new demands, ,
Daily User-support 1-line support and on-site support together with a local supplier (external company),
Erp application support and single point of contact to local software suppliers
ERP Reporting development,
Project management for the IT needs,
User training for standard applicatios
Single point of contact of IT Shared Services about user problem,
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Strong problem solving skills.
Customer-oriented attitude
Communication skills;
Willingness to improve technical skills;
