IT TECHNICAL SUPORT SPECIALIST (IT HELPDESK)

- University Technical Degree (Faculty of Automatics/ Electronics);
- At least 1 year experience on a similar position;
- Strong knowledge of operating system software - MS Windows XP, MS Windows Vista (configuration, maintenance, optimization, account migration, backup);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office installation and configuration (MS Office XP, MS Office 2003, MS Office 2007);
- Knowledge of wired/ wireless routers configuration;
- Knowledge of wireless networks security;
- Good understanding of mobile equipments (configuration, PC synchronization) – Laptops, PDAs, Smartphones;
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP, WINS, VPN, Active Directory;
- Knowledge of structured cabling (although the IT Specialist will not perform structured cabling tasks);
- Knowledge of audio-video connectics and media streaming devices.

- Ensure first level support of the IT system;
- Ensure maintenance of IT equipments functionality in the company headquarters and two remote locations (outside Bucharest);
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve all IT related problems or report the misfunctionalities to the system administrator;
- Setup of hardware equipments and software applications;
- IT equipments buying.
