CITRIX Engineer

• Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 & 4.5 - Sizing, Installation, Application Publishing, Printing
• Working experience with XenApp
• Farm Maintenance (Rollup patches, etc) Troubleshooting / Root cause identification
• Citrix Web Interface Configuration , secure Gateway
• Investigative and analytical problem solving skills
• Efficient communication skills (listen, write, speak) – English is mandatory, French is a plus
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting, reasoning and problem solving skills
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Passion for the job and desire to learn
• Available to work on a flexible schedule

Responsibilities include providing mid- to high-tier Intel Citrix support.
