Quality Assurance Auditor

Has excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent analytical thinking with integration skills is also required.
Is able to pay high attention to details and prioritize.
Is creative, flexible and able to work under pressure.
Knows the audit techniques, accounting and good understanding of technology. Ability to legal and compliance is needed.
Good knowledge of local regulation is necessary, so is to know the basics about market, costumers and competition

Experience and Training:
2-4 years bank or audit experience (Bank: Internal Audit, Risk management, Finance, Control, etc./ External Audit)
Minimum 1 year knowledge of audit techniques
University degree in finance, accounting, economics
Fluent English written/ spoken
Good computer skills

Perform QA reviews as per plan and on an ad-hoc basis, when requested
Support QA Unit Head in planning the audit reviews by selecting the appropriate audit approach, methodology and preparing the test plan which suits the best to the product and process
Analyzing/flowcharting the different processes in order to evaluate controls, identify inefficient processes, issues
Review Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and ensure proactive escalation of potential control issues
Performing the actual audit tests, selecting sample, performing analytical reviews, checking adherence to corporate policies.
Involved in testing to satisfy local regulatory requirements.
Review System Implementation.
Preparing audit reports for senior management, discussing issues with relevant business unit heads.
Influencing the design and improvement of processes to ensure that appropriate controls exist to manage risks efficiently.
