Cinema Manager / Deputy Manager

Rapidly growing multiplex operator is seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic individual to join the team as manager / deputy manager of Cinema City Pitesti.

The ideal candidate would be:
- capable to manage multiple people, tasks and issues,
- rigorous and organised, and attentive to both the big picture and detail,
- proficient in the use of desktop computers, especially MS office aplications, and willing to familiarise him/herself with ERPs and other integrated solutions
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to work flexible, unconventional hours
- Able to respond accurately and quickly under pressure, and tolerant of increased stress levels
- Proactive and problem solving
- Willing to exert him/herself to achive the best results and increase customer satisfaction

Management experience is needed, familiarity with the movie industry is not mandatory, but would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will be chiefly responsible with the day to day operations of the Cinema City multiplex in Pitesti including managing staff.
