| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
1. +2 years of experience with desktop publishing/imaging applications (Photoshop, Fireworks, Freehand, Illustrator, and Flash) for use in creating graphics optimized for the web.
2. Good knowledge of Dreamweaver MX 2004
3. Hands-on knowledge of current web markup: HTML, XHTML, CSS
4. Knowledge of W3C Web standards
5. Advanced English is mandatory (any other language is a plus)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Role:
Design & develop graphics elements & code for company's websites and marketing promotions. Development of multi-lingual web communities, website pages, banners, and e-mail campaigns will be required.
Specific functions:
• Create and implement designs and graphics using HTML and CSS.
• Optimizing images for web user interface and creating HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout and understanding how mockups translate to code.
• Produce a consistent visual image across our web sites.
• Support of in-house production systems for various graphics modifications.
• Ensure that all web sites are accessible from a variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.
• Functional expertise in Web animation and Web graphics.
• Perform changes and updates to the websites, as needed.
