CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the field of human resources, preferably in a company with a strong focus on recruiting projects;
- Good skills in driving complex recruiting processes within a fast-changing environment ;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Very good English skills.
- Experience in advertising, marketing, or public relations is a plus |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Recruiting
- Assist managers in writing job descriptions
- Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-potential candidates through multiple sources
- Experience in IT recruiting would be a plus
- Screen candidates and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
- Perform full recruitment processes: posting recruitment adds, screening of CVs, face-to-face interviewing, recruitment reports, maintain candidate database;
Training
- Coordinate with business units to prepare orientation materials for new hires
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Work with managers to formalize current training efforts and develop new ones;
Communication
- Work with management to maintain and improve excellent communication with employees to promote high morale, teamwork, and the achievement of common goals
Performance Management
- Work with managers to ensure fair and consistent use of current performance management systems (semestrial review for all employees, fair and consistent application of performance standards)
- Conduct and/or coordinate training of managers in proper delivery of reviews
Administration
- For new hires, initiate the setup of the employee file and coordinate with the local management the next steps and with the parent company further processing (assigning/checking creating of particular accounts).
