| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Graduate from Economics or Business and Administration University
- 1-2 years of experience in cost control, estimation of costs for different projects, budgeting or financial planning
- Abilities to plan, manage and control the budgets for the projects of the Group
- Good knowledge to analyze the margins, in order to ensure profitability of the projects
- Excellent knowledge of English language (German is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Precise, careful to details, analytical mind

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The primary role of the Controller is to manage the planning and controlling processes for the entire Ciao traffic budget.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the global sample team to come up with a survey completion solution for every project while keeping the overall business within budget.
• Monitor both expected and actual costs and report weekly.
• Work with individual budget managers to ensure spending is within guidelines and/or subsidize as needed.
• Analyze new bookings and the composition of work sold to predict margin trends.
• Root cause analysis for expense overages and/or unauthorized spending and escalation to managers for corrective action.
• Margin reporting: analyze margins by different stratifications to identify profitability by segment.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the operations team and sample department.
