| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
College or University degree, preferably Technical, Marketing or Economics
At least 3 years relevant experience in automotive field, business management, marketing, sales management, strategic sales strategy development
Very good command of written and spoken English and one of the CEE languages
Good Computer skills (MS office, MS access)
Excellent communication and leadership skills | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Driving the development and management of the annual Dealer Business Plans for Chevrolet models to cover all performance areas including sales of new vehicles and regular monitoring of the performance and business management
Monitoring, guiding and consulting on a timely basis with the Dealers to develop and grow the profitability of the Dealership
Facilitating Market Area Approach and all future franchise developments like implementing all growth and performance opportunities afforded within the assigned Market Area
Ensuring the implementation of a Brand Strategy
Monitoring Dealer business to ensure achievement of annual new vehicle sales and customer relations objectives
Communicating and incorporating Company objectives into the annual Dealer Business Plans
Coordinating the development of the annual Business Plan in conjunction with the Dealer Operator, their management, and other specialists
Monitoring and providing consultancy on a timely basis with the Dealer to develop and grow the profitability of the Dealership
Ensuring implementation of Brand Strategies, remain updated on Brand Strategy, and implementing the overall brand Strategy Plan at the Dealer level
Ensuring timely response to all Dealer queries
Organizing and attending Regional Dealer Meetings
Keeping up-to-date on industry practices and trends, and providing advise as appropriate | DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
