Chief Accountant

The candidate should have a CECCAR autorisation, a least 10 years in Finance/Accountant domain, 5 years in a management position and also as expert, 3 years in an international company. Able to work with expats, communication in english

Directly responsible for full compliance of Petrofac Solutions and Facilities with all local accounting rules and regulations, relevant local and EU tax legislation, on time submission of tax declarations and submission to the local authorities of all applicable tax and financial reports as well as statistical information. Ensures full compliance with the local legislation on payroll procedures. Manages PSF SRL local bank accounts. Designs, implements and manages adequate systems for the effective processing of invoices payable and receivable. Works under guidance from Finance Manager. Ensures minimization of related fines and penalties. Directly supervises all other local accountants. Based in Bucharest.
