Chemist or Chemical Engineer - Software Evaluator

Waters Romania Evaluation is currently looking for an individual who will participate in the evaluation, testing, and troubleshooting of Waters Software and instrumentation for conformity to product specifications. Position involves developing, writing and executing test cases designed to confirm the functionality of Waters Data Systems software and Waters HPLC and UPLC systems. Must have good written and verbal communication skills, very good English knowledge, and attention to detail.

Laboratory experience, including HPLC and Chromatography Data Systems is required. Hands on experience with Waters HPLC equipment and Waters Empower or Masslynx Data Systems software is desired, however, candidates with competitor's HPLC and chromatography data systems experience will be considered. Gas Chromatography and/or Mass Spectrometry experience is a plus.

B.S. in Chemistry is required, MS is desired. Pharmaceutical, Food Safety or Chemical industry experience is desired.

Experience with ISO9000/GLP software validation, and/or the requirements of FDA regulated industries are desired.

The evaluation of the quality of the software produced by our team is performed according to the ISO and TickIT standards by our Quality Evaluation Team which includes chemists, biochemists, chemical engineers, all with very good education and experience.
