| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
* Student or bachelor degree
* Minimum 1 year experience (freelancer/individual projects/employee)
* Good knowledge of SEM/SEO, CRM, Macromedia Flash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
* Good command of English or German language
* An eye for detail, with strong conceptual and artistic abilities

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
* Retrieving data clusters from existing customer base
* Newsletter mailings
* Both aspects of hunting and farming for revenue growth
* Manage and implement the creative aspect of web projects.
* Lead the planning and implementation of web content and design for company’s web site including the development and oversight of the content.
* Maintenance of content on the company web site, including copyediting.
* Design and implement the information architecture of the company’s web site ensuring ease of navigation for visitors.
* Ensure that organization’s web site is designed and deployed in a manner that is as accessible and user-friendly as possible.
* Serve as expert consultant to staff on the development of web content in support of company’s objectives.
