| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- preferably university / college level education
- english language (written & spoken) is a must
- second language - German will be a big plus
- previous experience in the transports and logistics field will be highly appreciated
- business attitude and appearance
- familiar with the office tools (MS Office, Internet, phone, copier, scanner, fax )
- dynamic and well organized person, proactive.
- planning and organizational skills, able to learn quickly, excellent communication skills
- able to manage multiple tasks.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Secretarial and reception duties (taking and forwarding incoming calls, preparing and managing correspondence)
General office management including maintaining stock of office accessories
Administrative support to companys management in daily work.
Translations
Compose type standard letters for signature of Manager;
Copy distribute and file routine correspondence;
Schedule appointments;
File and direct incoming mail;
Answer and redirect incoming phone calls;
Record minutes of staff meetings;
Maintain files, data and reports;
Make arrangements for meetings;
Greet and direct all visitors;
Copy and scan documents;
Prepare Reports including binding;
Manage and organize any other administration work in the office;
Other duties as determined by the Branch Director.
