| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Fluent in English
-University degree with focus on Economics, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social or Human Sciences (Psychology, etc.)
-HR expert, having advised management teams effectively in past
-Extensive knowledge of Romanian Labour code and personnel administration issues
- Excellent knowledge and experience with HR processes in the following areas: Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, HR Budget & Controlling, Recruitment
-Certified as Human resources inspector
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Implementation and continuous improvement of processes, policies & procedures in all HR areas: Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, HR Budget & Controlling, Recruitment;
-Labor Contract negotiantions
-Performing salary analysis and providing the management with periodic reports
-Implementing and monitoring controlling key performance indicators related to HR
