ć To adapt and implement Mother Company quality system in the new facility (Sibiu).
ć To manage the Quality Department.
ć To check that quality requirements are followed.
ć To coordinate the preparation of Control Plans, Control Graphs, Capacity Studies, and availability of test equipment.
ć To audit new suppliers and carry out their homologation process.
ć Responsible for PPAP samples.
ć To follow first deliveries according to Control Plan.
ƒá To manage Cost Of Non Conformance. To manage monthly meetings for ¡¥Cost Of Non Conformance ¡¦, checking that other areas responsible take the required actions.
ć Responsible of production and process tests according to monthly plan.
ƒá To take the required actions when the product¡¦s behavior is not satisfactory for the customer.
ƒá To create and distribute the all the reports regarding external and internal suppliers¡¦ non conformities¡¦.
ć Responsible for closing recovery actions (short and long term).
ć Daily process audit responsible.
ć Monthly warehouse audit responsible.
ć To collaborate yearly in the elaboration of stuff training program.
ć To follow any further request from the General Manager.
