| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Studies: Engineer or Technical School Studies.
Professional experience: >3 years
Foreign languages: English
Driving license: Yes
Sex: male Age: >28 years, <35 years
Personal skill : Able to lead a team, good verbal reasoning, with a clear objective judgment and able to take decisions. Able to discuss and agree decisions with collaborators.
Available to work overtime: Yes (But will not be usually required)
Experience in automotive would be appreciated.
PC skills (Office Package: word, excel).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To program the production of its shift according to the production plan.
To ensure that production is achieve at the required productivity and quality.
To teach new workers in the working place.
To control that process parameters are followed.
To ensure that quality system is followed in production.
To take the required actions when production problems arise.
To report productivity and quality of his shift to the Production Manager.
To report the works done and any incidence to the next shift leader.
To study and propose improvements in process to increase productivity, quality or employees safety.
In general all the tasks involving production and any other activity required by the Production Manager.
