Studies: Engineer.
Professional experience: >5 years.
Foreign languages: English.
Driving license: Yes.
Sex: male Age: > 30 years.
Personal skills: Able to lead a team, good verbal reasoning, with a clear objective judgment and able to take decisions. Able to discuss and agree decisions with collaborators.
Available to work overtime: Yes.
PC skills (Office Package: word, excel).
Experience in automotive (production mandatory / logistic would be appreciated)

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As production manager to program and control all shift leader activities.
To prepare and check weekly production program and monthly forecast program.
To control production.
To control stocks.
As logistic manager to prepare and overview all the logistic department activities.
To control customer deliveries.
To control suppliers requests.
To control warehouse activity.
To prepare reports to GM.
To study machine capacity labor force availability to carry out the production prorgram.
To control all the preventive maintenance activities.
To teach new shift leaders and to cooperate in the elaboration of the training program for the employees.
To check that the quality system is followed by all the people within his responsibility.
