- Degree in Technical University, Mechanical/Industrial engineering;
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems (ISO TS 16949 or ISO 9000), Quality and Problem solving tools;
- Knowledge in statistics, capabilities;
- Automotive industry work experience 1-3 years, in process engineering on automation lines;
- Very good English skills;
- Computer knowledge ( Ms Office-especially Excel, AUTOCAD );
- Very good communication skills;
- Able to lead a team;
- Target focused and autonomous.

The main task will be to participate at the development of new lines of production by taking in account the products and the quality requests. The second task will be to support the start of production.

1. Development of the line of production :
- To participate to the redaction of the lines specifications,
- To participate to the redaction of the process FMEA,
- To participate to the line validation before the start of production.
- Actively involved in PPAP process, Run at Rate, R&R, Master samples, Pre-production- and serial production control
plan, capacity establishment/forecasts, statistical and capabilities studies, a.s.o

2. Support the Production process including - start of production :

- To write down the line documentation.
- To follow the production indicators.
- To contribute to the respect of the product quality and safety regulation.
- Responsible for process improvements;
- Identify risks ,analyze them, elevate to the correct level of management, suggest corrective actions,verify closing of open issues;
- Actively involved in Problem Solving Groups of Cross Functional members using 8D-process;
- To create and generate continuous improvement actions(e.g. standards, poka-yoke devices, process changes );
- Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement.
