Internal Communication Trainee - Danone

None or limited working experience in any area (HR, Communication, PR, Advertising, etc.);

► Participates in Internal Communication projects, as a team support member, according to concrete needs, time frame and resources;
► Handles logistics for Internal Communication projects, events and activities, under supervision;
o Danone World Cup correspondent;
o Danone Day, Christmas parties, gifts for employees children, gifts for Women’s Day March 8 distribution;
o Internal Marketing events animation (product launches & other internal animation); intranet site; new internal boarding system/”affichage”)
o Managers Conventions
o Health & Nutrition internal animation;
► Keeps track and updates monthly the payments estimates and contract payments;
► Participates in conceiving presentations and internal communication announcements;
► Proposes different improvement ideas and recommendations;
