| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- good organisational and time management skills, attention to details;
- self confidence, positive and proactive attitude, counselling approach in the relation with the client;
- customer service orientation is a must. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- identify new potential clients;
- inform the clients about Cash Loan product according to the training manual and internal sales practices, explain the loan benefits and costs;
- identify current and future financial needs of the client;
- explain documentation required and assist the client to fill the forms;
- collect and put together all the documentation in the loan application file;
- inform the client about the Credit Department decision;
- ask referrals from existing and potential clients;
- attend all training and development programs designed for the DSA position.
NO PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
