Senior Finance Manager

· Commercial and business awareness;
· Univeristy degree in Economics;
· Minimum 7 years experience on a similar position or Finance Manager, Finance Director, Economic Director (Director Economic), CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
· Relevant experience with a company from the Big 4 is a plus;
· Excellent communication skills;

· High numeracy and sound technical skills;
· Problem-solving skills and initiative;
· Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature;

· Providing and interpreting financial information;

· Participating in strategic planning, and formulating long-term business plans;
· Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
· Developing complex finance models;
· Assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures;
· Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
· Preparing accounts and reconciling balance sheet;
· Overseeing budgetary control;
· Monitoring cash flow;
· Recommending improvements to the financial operations and the position of the company.
· Communicating with tax authorities, tax specialists, lawyers, and auditors to ensure legal compliance.
· Supervising statutory audit and tax return filing.
