RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Cost Engineer

- Expansion Engineering and Modifications for Offshore Facilities - Cost Engineer - Reporting To: Project Controls Manager. Accountable for the delivery of all Cost Services - Cost Management for the Expansion Engineering and Modifications Contract. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Understand the specific reimbursable contract and associated work-scope. Support the Project Controls Manager in the contract deliverables. Establish and develop a monthly cost report and correlate inputs from disciplines: engineering, construction, procurement, doc control. Participate in project risk assessment process, with specific reference to cost/profit/loss. Develop and maintain cost reconciliation for: design, procurement, construction, and commissioning management. Follow up PCNs (Project Change Notice). Co-ordinate the weekly man-hour recording process. Interface with procurement: follow up all purchase orders and sub-contracts; verify the same for cost reconciliation. Interface with finance: exchange rates, invoicing. Ensure invoicing and payment process is done on time. Follow up the cash flow. Establish invoices. Ensure the client pays in time and before every purchase. Liaise with the client for approvals; provide them with specific required information and documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement process. Keep records of local purchase orders and verify the same for cost reconciliation.

Lead Mechanical Engineer
- To provide cost effective innovative engineering designs, which are safe, environmentally acceptable and conform to agreed codes of practice. Supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of the Mechanical discipline area of any specific project from the conceptual phase to the installation/commissioning phase. To provide Expansion Project with technical assistance when required. To act as Job Responsible Engineer (JRE) as required for specific multi-discipline packages of work, co-ordinating the activities of all relevant personnel to ensure the work is executed in an effective and economical manner. Responsibilities include but are limited to: Ensuring that all Mechanical engineering work is carried out in accordance with asset priorities and schedules as set out in the integrated plan. Providing supervision, direction and support for all Mechanical engineering personnel. Preparation and review all drawings, schedules and documents necessary for procurement and installation of Mechanical equipment, ensuring all relevant specifications, procedures and codes are complied with. Taking ownership of Mechanical technical queries to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of all. Identification of appropriate resources within the Mechanical engineering group to undertake specialist study activities. Identifying the appropriate resources to perform Mechanical design activities as required. Ensuring that the Mechanical engineering support provided satisfies the appropriate asset safety case and that performance standards are not compromised by any engineering activities. Contributing to the development of the plans, schedules and estimates for individual work scopes and integrated plans. Visits to onshore sites/facilities to carry out surveys and give engineering input to any construction/commissioning or production activities. Communicating with Operations, Facilities and Construction/Commissioning personnel as required ensuring modifications are carried out in a planned and co-ordinated fashion. Acting as Technical Authority for all Mechanical engineering work carried out by project personnel. Reviewing job progress and cost reports regarding Mechanical engineering activities. Liaising with other disciplines in the execution of the work to ensure all work is carried out in a co-ordinated manner. Ensuring that all Mechanical design changes are captured by the change control process. Attend FAT's as required. Acting in a mentoring capacity in providing guidance in the training and development of nationals and maintaining competency levels within the Mechanical group. Contributing to the continuous improvement process. Authority and principal point of contact for Mechanical engineering. Ensure that all Mechanical work complies with contract and Company Production Services health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures; project specific HSE and Quality plans; and agreed interfacing requirements with Client, sub-contractors and others as appropriate. Participate in the risk review process. Ensure compliance with Project and Expansion security measures.

Lead Engineer - Piping.
Expansion Engineering and Modifications for Offshore Facilities. To provide cost effective innovative engineering designs, which are safe, environmentally acceptable and conform with agreed codes of practice. Supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of the Piping discipline area of any specific project from the conceptual phase to the installation/commissioning phase. To provide project with technical assistance when required. To act as Job Responsible Engineer (JRE) as required for specific multi-discipline packages of work, co-ordinating the activities of all relevant personnel to ensure the work is executed in an effective and economical manner. Responsibilities include but are limited to: Ensuring that all Piping engineering work is carried out in accordance with asset priorities and schedules as set out in the integrated plan. Providing supervision, direction and support for all Piping engineering personnel. Preparation and review all drawings, schedules and documents necessary for procurement and installation of Piping equipment, ensuring all relevant specifications, procedures and codes are complied with. Taking ownership of Piping discipline technical queries to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of all. Identification of appropriate resources within the Piping engineering group to undertake specialist study activities. Identifying the appropriate resources to perform Piping design activities as required. Ensuring that the Piping engineering support provided satisfies the appropriate asset safety case and that performance standards are not compromised by any Piping engineering activities. Contributing to the development of the plans, schedules and estimates for individual work scopes and integrated plans. Visits to onshore sites/facilities to carry out surveys and give engineering input to any construction/commissioning or production activities. Manage the activities of specialist survey contractors. Communicating with Operations, Facilities and Construction/Commissioning personnel as required ensuring modifications are carried out in a planned and co-ordinated fashion. Acting as Technical Authority for all Piping engineering work carried out by project personnel. Reviewing job progress and cost reports regarding Piping engineering activities. Liaising with other disciplines in the execution of the work to ensure all work is carried out in a co-ordinated manner. Ensuring that all Piping design changes are captured by the change control process. Acting in a mentoring capacity in providing guidance in the training and development of nationals and maintaining competency levels within the electrical group. Contributing to the continuous improvement process. Authority and principal point of contact for Piping engineering. Ensure that all Piping work complies with contract and Company Production Services health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures; project specific HSE and Quality plans; and agreed interfacing requirements with Client, sub-contractors and others as appropriate. Participate in the risk review process. Ensure compliance with Project Expansion security measures.

Lead Engineer - Process -

Identifying the appropriate resources to perform Process design activities as required. Participate in HAZOP's, HAZID's and other safety and operational reviews. Ensuring that the Process engineering support provided satisfies the appropriate asset safety case and that performance standards are not compromised by any Process engineering activities. Contributing to the development of the plans, schedules and estimates for individual work scopes and integrated plans. Visits to onshore sites/facilities to carry out surveys and give engineering input to any construction/commissioning or production activities. Communicating with Operations, Facilities and Construction/Commissioning and start-up personnel as required ensuring modifications are carried out in a planned and co-ordinated fashion. Acting as Technical Authority for all Process engineering work carried out by the project. Reviewing job progress and cost reports regarding Process engineering activities. Liaising with other disciplines in the execution of the work to ensure all work is carried out in a co-ordinated manner. Ensuring that all Process design changes are captured by the change control process. Acting in a mentoring capacity in providing guidance in the training and development of nationals and maintaining competency levels within the Process group. Lead Engineer - Safety/Loss Control
Expansion Engineering and Modifications for Offshore Facilities. To provide Safety engineering input to designs to ensure they are safe, environmentally acceptable and conform to agreed codes of practice, and do not compromise the integrity of the facilities. Supervise and co-ordinate all aspects of the Safety/Loss Control engineering discipline area of any specific project from the conceptual phase to the installation/commissioning phase. To provide Project with Technical assistance when required. To act as Job Responsible Engineer (JRE) as required for specific multi-discipline packages of work, co-ordinating the activities of all relevant personnel to ensure the work is executed in an effective and economical manner. Responsibilities include but are limited to: Ensuring that all Safety/Loss Control engineering work is carried out in accordance with priorities and schedules as set out in the integrated plan. Providing supervision, direction and support for all Safety engineering personnel. Preparation and review all drawings and documents necessary for procurement and installation of equipment, ensuring the requirements of all relevant specifications, procedures, codes and applicable legislation are met. Taking ownership of Safety/Loss Control engineering technical queries to ensure resolution to the satisfaction of all. Identification of appropriate resources within the Safety/Loss Control engineering group to undertake specialist studies. Identifying the appropriate resources to perform Safety/Loss Control design activities as required. Ensuring that the any engineering support provided satisfies the appropriate Safety plan. Contributing to the development of the plans, schedules and estimates for individual work scopes and integrated plans. Visits to onshore/offshore sites/facilities to carry out surveys and give Safety/Loss Control engineering input to any construction/commissioning or production activities. Communicating with Operations, Facilities and Construction/Commissioning personnel as required ensuring modifications are carried out in a planned and co-ordinated fashion. Acting as Technical Authority for all Safety/Loss Control engineering work carried out by project personnel. Reviewing job progress and cost reports regarding Safety/Loss Control engineering activities. Liaising with other disciplines in the execution of the work to ensure all work is carried out in a co-ordinated manner. Ensuring that all Safety/Loss Control engineering changes are captured by the change control process. Acting in a mentoring capacity in providing guidance In the training and development of nationals and maintaining competency levels within the Safety/Loss Control engineering group. Authority and principal point of contact for Safety Engineering. Ensure that all Safety engineering work complies with contract and Company Production Services health, safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures; project specific HSE and Quality plans; and agreed interfacing requirements with, sub-contractors and others as appropriate. Participate in the risk review process. Ensure compliance with Project Expansion security measures.

Planning Engineers - Oil & Gas - Offshore experience, fluent English etc.


DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:

Salary: dependant on experience and present rates

• Rota 8 & 2,
• Full expense package, inclusive of economy flights to home base (based on 8 & 2).
• Insurance package included and medical coverage.

MAJOR REQUIREMENTS ARE PROCESS AND MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS WITH IMMEDIATE START DATE.
