CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
This position requires
•Written and verbal English, additional foreign language is an advantage.
•Knowledge of Lotus Domino server & Lotus Notes client.
•Knowledge of Sametime 3.0 is an advantage.
•Communication Skills.
•Customer and service orientation.
•Ability to operate well in an international environment, multicultural environment.
•Responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills, High motivation.
•24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
This position is responsible for
•Leading the technical resolution through knowledge in platform design and development.
•Perform 2nd level & 3rd level support to all customers' infrastructure and develop solutions to stabilize customer environments.
•Achievement of a high level of customer satisfaction.
The range of gross salary is from 37.500 to 60.000 czk (1300 - 2000 euros). The employer will offer also meal ticket, pension plan, etc. They do all the legal formalities for non EU residents. They will help the employees to found appartment and other accomodations (bank account, school,...)
