Planning Manager

Requirements:

1.Studies and qualifications:
Preferably universitary, diploma (higher education), education or recognized equivalent relevant experience and specialized training in a similar position
PC operating skills - Advanced (Ms Office)

2. Experience:
Experience of minimum 1 year in planning and controlling production


3. Skills / Skills:
Communication skills and relationships with clients (internal and external)
Ability to write and present reports, based on concrete data, such as to achieve and improve work procedures
Strong personality, good team worker with sense of fairness and influencing skills and persuasion
Demonstrates that it is able to work in stressful situations
The very well organized and orderly.

Job description:

The main purpose of job: production planning, taking into account the availability of all materials and equipment necessary for execution in a more efficient way to keep costs in their budgets and set in as fast as possible to meet customer requirements.

Main duties and responsibilities of the job:

- Participation in teleconferences with clients constraints on the capacity of materials or equipment;
- Modify production plan in case of lack of materials, equipment capacity, lack of human, or other problems that may occur during the execution;
- Prepare a plan of production for a week
- Maintain permanent contact with Production Team to ensure a more efficient use of capacity;
- Make export plan, which must be communicated to the team and then the client
- Tracking the OTD's (delivery dates);
- Perform operations in the system;
- Participation in daily meetings, discussing the achievements of production and exports;
- Change in System of all the changes requested by the client;
- Respect the rules of safety and emergency procedures;
- Respect GDS practices and policies;
