RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
•Develops the marketing strategy in compliance with corporate policy.
•Specifies the marketing plan in volumes, turnovers, and budgets for subordinate department managers.
•Defines guidelines.
•Directs the marketing activities within the Business units or product lines and within geographic areas. Defines priorities. Controls the progress and quality of performance.
•Directs, organises and co-ordinates overall working of the marketing departments. Prepares departmental budgets and sets targets.
•Directs research of market conditions in local, regional or national areas to determine potential sales of the company’s products or services.
•Identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends, and developmental opportunities.
•Reports on the progress and results. Analyses developments and makes recommendations.
•Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates employees.
•Decides on training and devises possible employee development programmes.
