| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Leads the branch office
-Commercial responsibility for the branch office
-Personnel leadership and personnel planning for the branch office in cooperation with General Manager.
-Monitors working discipline and assesses the work and results of the employees
-Maintains agents relationships in accordance with company policy
-Cooperation with the headquarters and other branch office
-Performs guidelines issued by the higher management
-Monitors the profitability and efficiency of processes within the branch office

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Requirements:
-University degree
-Computer basic knowledge,MS Office
-Leadership and organizing ability
-Excellent communication skills,with English the minimum required foreign language.German language would be a plus.
