Reporting Supervisor

Knowledge, experience and technical skills:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting qualification such as ACCA is preferred
• 5 years professional experience in finance or accounting field in a multinational environment, out of which 2 years of proven managerial experience
• Fluent in English ; high degree of computer literacy
• Knowledge of and experience with ERP systems
• Proven experience in working with US GAAP framework
• Good knowledge of local accounting standards
• Knowledge of local taxation as well as previous experience in a similar/agricultural business are considered advantages

Main responsibilities:

• Manage reporting team; monitor the following control activities: B/S, P/L, inventory, local books vs. US GAAP reconciliation, production reports.
• Ensure timely submission of financial results to the corporation and full compliance with local statutory requirements
• Coordinate management reporting: monthly P/L estimates reconciliation, P/L actual vs. budget analysis, exposure reporting, weekly foreign currency exchange reporting, capital spending and production reports
• Actively lead the performance management process &development plans for direct reports. Lead, promotes the sharing of ideas & best practices and ensure proper communication inside the team.
• Promote and support collaboration within and outside the reporting team and finance function
• Support business initiatives by leading or taking part in different projects
