Record & Information Coordinator

University degree
At least 2-3 years experience in working (administrative department is a plus)
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook
English: Very Good
Organized, rigorous person, responsible

Very good communication skills

Country specific records retention project (define terms for archive of the documents within European BU)
Coordinate the archive process of the documents for Cargill Romania (both support on paper and electronic)
Coordinate the activity of requesting different information from the agreed archive Company
Coordinate the destroying of the documents older than the legal requirements (both statutory and Corporate); obtaining necessary approvals for this activity
Collaborate with all departments in order to solve different issues related to document flow in the company
Numbering the documents received in the company using DOC Management system (Daily courier and fax documents register).
Deliver documents to fiscal administration and other authorities
Scan different documents
Ensure back-up for T&E process (scanning, verifying and sending) for the person responsible
Ensure back-up for input information requested for the creation of the new customers/ suppliers data base and obtain the necessary approval using JOIN system
Other requirements at the request of the direct supervisor
