| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree, law specialization
2- 5 years relevant experience in a Romanian law firm and/or international company
Extensive knowledge of commercial & civil law and Romanian labor issues
English Fluent
Integrity, concern for ethics, professional attitude

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
One year full-time temporary job that involve the following responsibilities:
Draft, check, revise commercial agreements
Translate commercial agreements, legal documents/correspondence
Represent the companies in front of the authorities
Follow law suits procedures, prepare law suits files
Archive legal documents
