Junior Financial Analyst

Cargill Romania is seeking for a Junior Financial Analyst with accounting/financial basic skills, initiative, natural curiosity and a team player who is driven to learn and develop a solid career with the Financial Analyst Team. Financial Analyst Team acts like an interface between business units managers and locations over 18 countries across Europe in producing various financial reports and analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in economics or one year experience in financial/accounting area
- Experience in dealing with complex and ever-changing situations and solving problems
- Well developed analytical skills, very good attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Self starter, resourceful and enthusiastic person
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands and respond flexibly to changing priorities
- Strong PC skills: advanced Excel

Preferred:

- Accounting or finance specialization background
- Experience includs month end close, financial analysis, budgeting or reporting activities
- Exposure to multinational work environment or to international projects

Principal Accountabilities:
- Consolidating and validating the data received from different locations and producing the required consolidated reports (month/quarter/year)
- Actively contributing in budget cycle to collect data, check accuracy
- Maintaining internal data base and business unit’s websites; providing access and create new locations in the web system
- Preparing ad hoc requests in accordance with corporate management needs.
