| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requests:
Top university graduate;
Minimum 3 years experience in leading HR position;
Extensive HR knowledge and involvement in all specialized areas;
Experience in the professional services field such as in a consulting, law firms, or it consultancy would be of advantage;
Very good experience and knowledge in HR labor law;
Fluent in English (oral and written)
Very good communication and excellent social skills;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Flexibility and adaptability;
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities:
Works with management to plan and implement programs to meet human resource requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs;
Contributes to the development and the evaluation of the HR strategy;
Creates and formulates solutions for complex, strategic and human resources related issues.
Plans the personnel resources considering quality and quantity according to the company strategy;
Coordinates the selection and the recruitment of personnel and the preparation of job descriptions
Implements on-boarding and integration plans for the new employees;
Manages and administrates program for internships
Assures implementation/administration of compensation and benefits programs
Conducts routine salary administration tasks, providing advice to Partners on the wages and salaries of all employees
Assures that the evaluation process, the training (and the assessment to the training) and the development of the personnel are set in place
Directs administration of safety, health, and security programs;
Supervises administration of personnel policies and practices.
Leads, develops and supervises the development of the subordinated personnel’s capacities and suggests actions regarding the development of their career
Prepares reports regarding HR activities for the company management
