CANDIDATUL IDEAL: Technical skills
•Knowledge of :
o SS7 protocols (ISUP, MAP, INAP, BSSAP).
oTelco networks: PSTN/ISDN, GSM, GPRS, UMTS, VoIP.
•Experienced in :
oLAN administration (TCP/IP).
oServer installation and configuration: Linux.
oSite surveys (deployment of Telco networks monitoring system).
oEngineering of Telco networks monitoring system.
oUsing applications of Telco networks monitoring system.
oOracle installation and administration (not mandatory but appreciated).
Soft Skills:
•Fluent English.
•Mobile to fulfill Customer requirements in an international context.
•Rigorous and organized, with excellent capabilities of communication.
•Good relational contact.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: •Carry out engineering study, produce technical documents (specifications, engineering), and propose technical solutions for improving project engineering.
•Take part in technical relations with Customers in order to qualify and control provisioning equipment and engineering data.
•Carry out system integration and configuration, consign configuration elements within project documents: engineering document, integration document, packing list.
•Carry out on-site installation, perform internal tests in order to set up the system into an operational modus, and check that the system is ready for acceptance.
•Take part with the Customer, and in the presence of the Project Manager, to acceptance testing, manage incidents notes by Customer, and propose workaround solutions if possible.
•More generally, consign occurred incidents all along the project.
•Consign the HW or SW changes carried out at Customer system, and update engineering document accordingly.
•Ensure technical assistance to the Customer until signature of final acceptance. Can be involved by Customer training.
•Report to the Project Manager after the end of each intervention (and at least once a week).
•In a general way, propose, and develop any initiative contributing to the development of the know-how of the Company and the success of its missions, in close link with the Management of Customer Service EAAA.
