CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Skills Required:
•Sound Delivery background in Infrastructure Management. Should have handled international engagements
•Should have handled a P&L responsibility with a proven track record of cost control / maximising profit.
•Experience of managing growth
•Excellent presentation skills
•Very articulate, client-facing and ability to generate confidence when dealing with Customers and internal Business Units managers.
•Ability to voice an independent opinion, constructively challenge ways of working.
•Proven people management and leadership skills with at least 5 years relevant experience, ideally in a customer service and/or call centre environment,
•Fluency in English and Romanian

Desirable:
•Hands-on operational style: generate confidence with own team by providing direction, ideas.
•Resilient, focused and with strong achievement drive in a dynamic and fast moving environment,
•Enthusiastic, confident with a “can do” attitude,
•Experienced, “rounded”, professional experience at a senior level within Customer Service Centre or wider business environment,
•Inspirational and strong team motivator,
•Able to pre-empt problems before they arise, plan effectively for future activities, and manage unplanned events in a controlled manner,
•Strong client-facing skills, with ability to quickly establish rapport with client contacts at all levels.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

Key Responsibilities

Capgemini Infrastructure Outsourcing is embarking on a transformation journey to improve Capgemini cost base, standardise services and achieve global consistency. Iasi Center is the latest addition to Capgemini capabilities in Eastern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Iasi Infrastructure Outsourcing Centre with goals of managing growth and delivering services in agreed SLA.

The key elements of the role include:
•Managing Delivery of services out of Iasi Center.
oProvide consistency across Service Teams in the delivery of services to agreed SLAs, ensuring processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to
oEnsure that the services provided by the Service Teams are continually revised, improved and evolved to meet new delivery methods, practices and business requirements
oManage available resource levels and seek to improve availability and utilisation whilst maintaining staff morale
oProvide structured development plans, appraisals and continuous feedback for the staff
oLiaise closely with key contacts to ensure excellent relations are established and maintained within your area of responsibility, both within Capgemini and client contacts
oProvide regular, comprehensive reporting to the Eastern Europe team, covering, operational, financial, HR and administration elements
oEnsuring that all legal requirements regarding the Centre operation (including, but not limited to the stipulations of the Labour Code and Commercial Code) as well as Capgemini Group rules are adhered to
•Managing Romania P&L with goal of delivery cost reduction and growth
•Control the commercial arrangements for clients
•Assisting in onshore transformation by building future competency requirements in Romania
•Driving delivery innovation
•Providing support to the transition teams in all required aspects of transitioning new services to the centre
•Working closely with Capgemini Romania in regards of country policies and shared services provided centrally: HR, Finance, Administration.
